What operating systems does TIME365 support for mobile, tablets and smart devices?
TIME365 supports iOS, Android and Huawei operating systems and the mobile application is available on: App Store, Google Play, Huawei App Gallery. It is operated by different web browsers like Chrome, MS Edge, Firefox, etc.
What do I get when I subscribe to TIME365?
When you purchase TIME365, depending on the version selected, Pro or Lite, you get a package of credentials and services.
Credentials: Username, password, company ID.
Services: (1) Access to employees’ data, (2) Privileges to add, edit, delete and manage HR in your company, (3) Access to employees’ reports and statistics.
Pro version provides you with full access to the services mentioned above.
Lite version provides limited access to the services mentioned above.
What authentication methods does TIME365 support?
TIME365 offers easy check-in and check-out in a free GPS or zoned GPS, without the need of additional biometric devices. Adapting to the latest technology; TIME365 offers authentication methods including; face recognition, sound identification, BLE, Wi-Fi, QR, Beacon, etc.
What cloud platforms does TIME365 work with?
TIME365 works with Scharfe-Sicht cloud server, our IT team handles all your data confidentiality and assures the functionality of the system 24/7. However, clients still have the possibility to use TIME365 with their physical or virtual server.
Can TIME365 work with our existing systems and device?
Yes! TIME365 is compatible with a wide range of business platforms, software and hardware devices.
Can TIME365 integrate with my HR?
Yes! TIME365 can be integrated with 3rd party applications such as; Suprema BioStar2 App. Scharfe-Sicht also provides TIME365 API to integrate it with any 3rd party application used at any business.

Yes! TIME365 offers audit log and history transactions; in addition to live monitoring and all related reports to assist tracking and managing the business environment.
